ReplyDeleteThis is number two. Phil Malone and his notary fraud was number one. Will there be a number three?
ReplyDeleteWhile they are removing the judge they might want to take along O'Briens Malones and Mangold!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Mike!
The couple of times that I met her she seemed like a nice person, and I did like her, but if all this is true she like anyone else should be removed. I know a lot of people think it wasn't that big of a deal, and that it always happens, but to me it does matter, and this shows and proves how certain people can get away with anything, and certain people cannot.
ReplyDeleteWhile this is unfortunate for Diane, it is unlikely that they made such a big deal over just two tickets. There is always more to the story than what you read in the paper and there is a certain amount of privacy related to personnel matters. The one story says she resigned at the OCA, which is no small job to walk away from because of two traffic tickets. it is likely she was encouraged to resign and no one will ever know why. Much like the very quiet removal of Mr. Malone's notary. Diane is a very nice person, but seems she is just a victim of the system. Funny how the deems never go out of their way to help their own though. They are very quiet about this. As soon as one of their own gets into trouble, mums the word and they distance themselves to protect themselves. Notice Ginny O'Brien won't comment about it at all. Phil Malone has connections, maybe he can help her!
ReplyDeleteIf you read the Schilling Determination by the Commission on Judicial Conduct, you might find that some questions exist as to how the "paperwork" for the Toomey ticket disappeared. I think it raises questions about the ethical behavior of some members of the EG police department and perhaps court officers. Where did the copies of the ticket go? And who helped them "go?"
ReplyDeleteAnon Monday May 14 @ 7:00 am---the Dems do help each other when they can. Malone's was kept very quiet and the judge--that was too public to squash and by saying nothing they are not condemning her. If it was a Republican the party would throw stones. Quiet is much nicer than throwing stones.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing that would make the Judge case even better is if Phil Malone had notarized some document relating to the case.
In a legal matter I recently had to contend, my lawyer (who resides locally) advised me to not contest the case even though I was not guilty of the offense. I was advised that the Judge had already formed an opinion on my case and this would make it difficult for me. Knowing the prosecuting attorney had already tried and convicted me and next hearing the judge had most likely already ruled, I decided to take the attorney's advice.
ReplyDeleteI concluded the legal system isn't legal at all, a shameful lesson.
